Job summary

ACCORD INNOVATIONS SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a consultative Sales & Marketing professional to engage with new and existing customers, understand their objectives, and recommend digital advertising solutions.

You will receive comprehensive product and process training, while a dedicated technical team handles implementation and advanced product support; you’ll drive adoption, grow client portfolios, and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Online Sales, Inside Sales, Advertising, Customer Success, or a related field.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Understand customers' business goals and recommend suitable digital advertising solutions.
• Guide customers in upgrading their existing advertising products and services.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the technical support team when required.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product-related guidance.
• Promote approved digital marketing content across relevant online platforms.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of business clients where applicable.
• Drive product adoption and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs.
