Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Inside Sales/Account Management professional to manage assigned accounts, drive renewals, and grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling enterprise solutions.

You will identify churn risks, engage customers to address concerns, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and product issues, ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in inside sales, telesales, account management or a customer-facing commercial role carrying a revenue or retention target.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure timely contract renewals and retention.
• Identify churn risks and proactively engage customers to address concerns and improve retention.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling of enterprise solutions and services.
• Identify and develop expansion opportunities based on customer growth, new requirements, and contract milestones.
• Support the customer lifecycle journey, including onboarding, service adoption and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing, service and product-related issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Execute targeted sales and retention campaigns while gathering customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate customer, contract and sales activity records in CRM systems.
• Build strong customer relationships and serve as a trusted contact for account management and business growth.
• Monitor account performance, renewal pipelines and customer insights to identify risks and opportunities.
