Job summary

Fragomen is seeking a Consultant in Kuala Lumpur to manage visa applications from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely progression. You will provide client support and maintain case information in CRM, while coordinating workload and escalating issues as needed.

You will research visa requirements, collaborate with senior colleagues, support invoicing, and build strong relationships with clients and teams across the business in a global immigration practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage visa applications and assigned casework from initiation through completion, ensuring applications are accurate, progressed within required timelines, and meet agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Provide timely and professional support to clients, responding to queries and providing accurate information on visa requirements and application processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case information within CRM and other technology platforms, including key communications, milestones, and case progress.
• Monitor individual workload and workflows, prioritising competing deadlines and escalating service or case‑related issues where appropriate.
• Research visa requirements and more complex or unique cases, seeking guidance from senior team members where required.
• Maintain strong knowledge of relevant visa processes, internal procedures, systems, and service requirements.
• Support invoicing and other case administration activities to ensure matters are completed in a timely manner.
• Build effective working relationships with clients, colleagues, and other teams across the business to support high‑quality service delivery.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance or training to Visa Coordinators and other Consultants as required.
• Support more complex casework, process improvements, and additional projects under the guidance of senior team members.
