Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; immigration/global mobility/HR operations experience advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort with HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Immigration coordination and operations: monitor notifications and route to the right parties, follow up actions.
• Coordinate pre-screening, case initiation, and renewal activities; maintain accurate employee/case records.
• Follow up with employees and recruiters on outstanding information and updates; liaise with Fragomen case teams.
• Document and stakeholder coordination: manage approvals, signatures and endorsements; prepare supporting documents.
