Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a technical support professional to install, troubleshoot, service, and perform preventive maintenance on customer equipment at sites in Johor Bahru. The role is hybrid (WFH & office) on a 6-month renewable contract.

Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), be able to travel to client sites, work independently or in a team, and have basic mechanical/electrical troubleshooting knowledge. Travel to customer locations will be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma with relevant working experience or degree in Mechanical engineering.
• Own transportation and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install and service equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot/Fix technical issues/Product testing.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
• Assist in product roll-out and startup, maintain current equipment and resolve faults as required.
• Train customers on how to use the equipment properly.
• Prepare service reports after each visit.
• Respond to customer enquiries and support requests.
• Travel to customer locations when required.
• Work closely with the Sales and Project teams.

Education
