Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to support maintenance planning, CMMS administration, technical reporting, and vendor coordination across a mission-critical data center environment in Malaysia. The role ensures maintenance activities, records, schedules, and reporting align with client SLAs, KPIs, safety requirements, and site procedures.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in maintenance planning, facilities coordination, or mission-critical operations.
• Experience supporting maintenance planning, work order management, vendor coordination, and operational reporting.
• Strong CMMS administration skills including scheduling, work orders, and reporting.
• Knowledge of facility mechanical/electrical infra and preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Ability to compile and interpret maintenance records, data, and trends for reporting.

Responsabilités

• Support maintenance planning to meet client SLA/KPI requirements through planning, coordination, tracking and reporting of maintenance activities.
• Create and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, and reports in the CMMS.
• Coordinate with Plant Supervisor, operators, technicians and vendors for maintenance activities.
• Generate reports on services performed, maintenance completed, open actions, overdue orders, and vendor activities.
• Maintain data governance of asset and maintenance records in the CMMS and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support parts purchasing, invoice support, and admin coordination per Cushman & Wakefield processes.
• Compile maintenance analysis data including equipment monitoring, alarms, trends, and benchmarking.
