Job summary

Airswift is seeking Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer to support Oil & Gas clients in Malaysia. The role emphasizes developing sales strategies, building relationships with End Users, Consultants, EPCC, Contractors, and local trading partners, and driving proposals to closure.

The successful candidate will coordinate with multiple departments to deliver timely quotations, forecasts, and contracts, while travelling locally and abroad as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant engineering fields.
• Strong analytical ability and prioritisation.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders in customers and consultants.
• Coordinate between customers and proposal department to ensure timely handover.
• Prepare sales forecasts and manage quotations and PO closures.
• Assist in contract negotiations and promotions of company capabilities.
