Job summary

Career International 科锐国际 is seeking an Overseas Technical Support Engineer for a 12-month renewable contract basis, working from home with on-site requirements in Perai South, Penang. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, Electronics or related fields
• 2+ years of experience in technical support, field service, equipment engineering or related roles (5+ years for diploma holders)
• Experience with lithography, metrology, laser, X-ray equipment or related products
• Experience with semiconductor factory operations and equipment support processes
• Able to troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with internal teams
• Strong communication and technical reporting skills
• English communication with China-based teams required

Responsibilities

• Support semiconductor equipment installation, setup, commissioning and debugging at customer sites
• Provide after-sales technical support and assist in resolving equipment issues on-site
• Analyze equipment problems and propose improvement plans
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams to follow up on technical issues and ensure closure
• Train customers on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting
• Collect feedback on equipment usage and customer requirements
• Follow up on key customer issues and track resolution progress
• Prepare service reports, issue summaries and technical documentation
• Maintain strong customer relationships through responsive support
