Job summary

Acquirax Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to conduct on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for Semiconductor E.O.L. equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Engineering and proven experience in a similar role. Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical clients are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer (Semiconductor) or in a similar technical field support role.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites (Ipoh and Penang).
• Preferred: Relevant technical certifications or specialised training in specific Semiconductor equipment types.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for Semiconductor E.O.L. equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks and servicing in accordance with established schedules and protocols.
• Document all work completed, including detailed service reports and maintenance records.
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls and troubleshoot critical equipment failures.
• Maintain and manage field equipment and tools, ensuring they are in working order.
• Travel to various client sites across the region as required.
