Job summary

Beyondsoft (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Service Engineer to support a semiconductor client.

The role requires installation, calibration, and troubleshooting of systems, with occasional on-site or overseas travel under a 2-year renewable contract. Mandarin and English fluency are essential, and a degree in Electronics Engineering is required. Hybrid work arrangement with relocation support, medical insurance, and a guaranteed 13th-month salary.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Experience working with customers in the semi-test area.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements; testing/ATE experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform system installation, calibration, retrofit, training, and troubleshooting.
• Escalate customer production problems and take ownership until resolved.
• Develop relationships with customers and proactively work on issue prevention.
• Create and implement a support plan with cross-functional groups to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
