Job summary

AvePoint is seeking a Business Analyst with Salesforce experience to join our Client Services division and drive enterprise software solution projects. You will analyze business needs and translate them into actionable requirements, guiding design and development of solutions for client objectives.

Qualifications

• Background in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience working with and analyzing complex business processes, software development requirements, and taxonomies.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
• Knowledge of producing As-Is and To-Be documentation.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills, with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Professional experience in implementing at least 1 OutSystems full project lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint/Dynamics CRM and client/server architectures is a plus.
• Experience mentoring junior associates is an added advantage.
• Education:Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document requirements for software development projects, translating them into BRDs, use cases, GUI designs, and interface specifications.
• Analyze gathered requirements to create actionable deliverables.
• Translate technical information into business language for diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
• Work with developers and experts to establish technical vision balancing usability with performance.
• Support project managers in planning deliverables, scope, schedule, and other lifecycle aspects.
