We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) Intern focuses on optimizing CRM systems, automating workflows, and translating business processes into technical Salesforce solutions. This internship offers exposure to Salesforce configuration, data migration, dashboards,

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Degree in IT, Software Engineering, or Information Systems.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms or CRM concepts.
• Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data mapping.
• Strong logical thinking and process-mapping skills.
• Ability to explain technical terms to non-technical users.
• Internship of 3 months or more preferred.
• Opportunity to be absorbed into a full-time employee.

Responsibilities

• Gather user requirements for Salesforce features and enhancements.
• Map current business processes to Salesforce standard capabilities.

About your new role!
