Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Proven experience in B2B business development, strategic sales, or new key account acquisition.
• Experience in packaging, FMCG, or beverage industries preferred.
• Demonstrated success in hunting new customers, developing sales pipelines, and winning new business.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Business Development & Hunting: Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers to expand market presence and achieve growth targets.
• Market Expansion: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate target markets and build a robust pipeline.
• Strategic Account Acquisition: Identify and engage key decision-makers to secure new business opportunities.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing and handover.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships, understand business needs, and position packaging solutions.
• Commercial Negotiation: Lead pricing discussions and terms to achieve profitable outcomes.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor trends, competitors, and customer demands to identify growth opportunities.
• Sales Performance: Achieve targets, revenue objectives, and new customer KPIs with accurate forecasts.
