AMS is seeking a Recruiter in Malaysia to join a fully remote regional team and drive end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Business Development roles across APAC. You will proactively source passive candidates, manage candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to align on market strategies.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, maintain strong candidate experiences, and ensure timely delivery within contractual guidelines.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment in fintech/tech sectors.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, BD, Relationship roles.
• Ability to source passive candidates and build pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Lead vacancy consultation discussions with hiring managers and document outcomes.
• Inform attraction strategies with sourcing managers based on market needs.
• Build trusted partner relationships with hiring managers and deliver end-to-end recruitment services.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience from initial interview to start date.
• Proactively source candidates through multiple channels and techniques.
• Build proactive pipelines and share insights with hiring managers to support decision making.
• Ensure all candidate status changes are tracked in the ATS for reporting.
• Deliver recruitment services in line with contracts and SLAs.
