Job summary

AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter to deliver high-quality recruitment services across APAC, translating hiring requirements into sourcing strategies and building strong candidate shortlists.

Based in Malaysia, you’ll own end-to-end recruitment, engage active and passive candidates, manage interviews and onboarding, and work onsite in Shanghai twice per week to strengthen stakeholder engagement with local teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent/native Cantonese, spoken and written.
• Strong professional English.
• Based in Malaysia.
• Able to work onsite twice per week.
• Proven 360 / end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Strong direct sourcing, headhunting and talent-mapping capability.
• Experience managing recruitment from intake through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer and onboarding.
• Strong stakeholder-management capability.
• Comfortable managing multiple vacancies independently.
• Good knowledge of the Malaysia and Hongkong talent market.

Key Accountabilities:

• Ideal candidate: Fluent/native Cantonese Senior Recruiter with strong professional English, proven 360 recruitment capability, strong knowledge of the Malaysia and Hong Kong talent market and preferably MNC plus healthcare, medical devices, FMCG, retail or commercial recruitment experience.
