Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Cross Technology Service Delivery Field Support Engineer (L2) in Malaysia to provide second-line remote and onsite technical support, resolve incidents, and ensure SLA compliance.

The role involves configuring client infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software, and collaborating with client IT teams and vendors. A IT-related degree and relevant certifications are required, with strong communication and resilience under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• CCNP (DC) and collaboration certs; Webex Calling/Contact Centre beneficial.
• Networking tech knowledge: Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, etc.
• Microsoft Voice certification advantageous; CCNP Collaboration beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line remote and onsite technical support to clients.
• Install, configure and test client infrastructure and software.
• Identify and log incidents; assist with root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Coordinate with client IT teams, carriers and vendors for timely resolution.
• Handover and document incident progress to ensure service continuity.
