Job summary

NTT DATA in Malaysia is seeking an Data Centre Service Delivery Field Support Engineer (L2) to manage day-to-day cloud and virtualized infrastructure operations. You will monitor, troubleshoot and perform changes within agreed SLAs, supporting VMware-based environments and NSX networking.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in infrastructure or cloud operations, with ITIL/SLA-driven experience, and a focus on automation using PowerCLI/PowerShell or Python.
