Job summary

CAM Technology Consultants Inc. is seeking a Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Administrator to support remote clients from Kuala Lumpur.

You will manage daily Microsoft 365 tenants, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive, and you will configure security, policies and MFA while assisting with migrations. The role requires 3+ years in Microsoft 365, excellent English, and the ability to work with U.S.-based customers.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years Microsoft 365 experience.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Comfortable speaking with U.S. customers.
Reliable home internet connection.
Able to work independently and troubleshoot effectively.

Responsibilities

Daily administration of Microsoft 365 tenants.
Manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
Create and manage users, groups, shared mailboxes and licensing.
Configure security policies, Defender, Intune, DLP and email security.
Support SharePoint permissions, site creation and document libraries.
Develop workflow automation with Power Automate, Forms and SharePoint Lists.
Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Office Apps.
Assist with client migrations and document client environments.
Follow security best practices and communicate with U.S.-based clients professionally.
