Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 / SharePoint development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with API integrations (REST APIs, Microsoft Graph).
• Experience integrating cloud solutions with on-premise systems (e.g., SQL Server, data gateway).
• Strong SharePoint Online administration knowledge (sites, permissions, content management).
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical and solution design skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail, especially in handling structured and sensitive data.
• Added Advantage: Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions), DevOps/CI-CD, Power BI, and audit/regulatory workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Develop custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx web parts and extensions.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with on-premise systems such as Microsoft SQL Server.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead technical design, architecture decisions, and implementation best practices.
• Establish and maintain governance, security, and environment strategies for Power Platform.
• Design and implement workflows that support audit processes, including approvals, audit trails, and document control.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members.
• Ensure solution quality, performance, and maintainability.
