Job summary

Swisslog is seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment across SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, Power Automate and Copilot. You will design automation, implement configurations, and support end users to improve business processes.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, train users on new features, and help maintain security and governance standards while supporting audits and certifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot, and related services.
• Experience with scripting for automation and management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment (SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot).
• Implement and configure Microsoft 365 solutions to meet business needs.
• Design and develop process automation using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services.
• Promote adoption of Microsoft 365 and support end users.
• Consult and train users and departments on Microsoft 365 features to optimize processes.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance policies.
