Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in enterprise-scale digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering: elicit, document and translate business needs into user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Design and implement M365-based solutions aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to drive adoption of Microsoft 365 tools.
• Coordinate and lead UAT, testing and validation activities to ensure readiness.
• Ensure governance, security and compliance standards are met for all solutions.
• Develop training materials and playbooks to promote effective tool usage.
