Key responsibilities include resolving tickets, scripting for automation, and collaborating with global teams. Bachelor’s degree required; experience with SharePoint 2013/2019/Online and data migration is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supporting and managing SharePoint environments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint 2013, 2019 and Online administration.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for SharePoint environments, ensuring timely resolution of open tickets.
• Perform PowerShell scripting for system enhancements and automation tasks.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance to team members to foster continuous learning.
• Manage in-house production incidents and problem management for SharePoint-related issues.
• Conduct data analysis on large datasets to support business performance reporting.
• Administer and manage SharePoint 2013, 2019, and Online platforms, covering both frontend and backend operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT infrastructure, and Microsoft to address SharePoint-related requirements and challenges.
• Design, plan, and execute data migration processes from legacy SharePoint systems to SharePoint 2019/Online.
