Job summary

KPJ HEALTHCARE BERHAD is seeking an Executive (Email & SharePoint) to oversee the administration and support of Microsoft 365 email and collaboration platforms across the group. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of relevant experience in managing Exchange Online and SharePoint services, ensuring their performance and security.

The role will involve monitoring platform operations, managing user access, and responding to support inquiries, while coordinating with IT teams to optimize collaboration services.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in supporting enterprise email and collaboration platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services like Exchange Online and SharePoint.
• Basic understanding of email security controls and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 email and collaboration services.
• Support SMTP mail flow operations and monitor email delivery.
• Respond to incidents and service requests related to email platforms.
