Job summary

Regus Management is seeking a freelance Account Helpdesk Agent to deliver world-class customer support remotely. You will own issues from start to finish and be paid based on the number of cases you resolve, with a flexible schedule tailored to your availability.

You’ll handle inquiries by email, resolve billing and payment questions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely outcomes. Strong Mandarin/English communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and resolving issues.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to follow templates/guidelines.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, good problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via email including billing, payments, and complaints with focus on first-contact resolution.
• Manage cases end-to-end, update customers on progress and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
