Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a customer service and sales-support specialist to engage Mandarin-speaking customers across Southeast Asia. You will handle calls, messages and emails while explaining product details in Mandarin and English, addressing inquiries and guiding customers toward solutions.

The role combines service and sales, requiring confident communication, problem solving and CRM accuracy. Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; experience in customer service or telesales is a plus.
• Must communicate in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, messages and emails from customers including Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Communicate confidently in Mandarin and English to identify needs and provide clear, accurate information.
• Assist customers with product enquiries, purchasing questions, service requests and general support.
• Manage customer concerns and complaints, taking ownership of issues through to appropriate resolution.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce relevant products and services.
• Qualify leads and arrange consultations, product demonstrations or follow-ups with the relevant sales team.
• Follow up on enquiries and prospective customers to support lead conversion and sales activities.
• Develop a good working knowledge of healthcare and sleep-therapy products, including CPAP/BiPAP devices, oxygen concentrators, masks and accessories.
• Track outstanding customer enquiries, sales leads, orders and service requests to ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM system and record customer interactions accurately
