Job summary

VA Evolve Pte Ltd is seeking responsible Customer Support Executives to support a 24/7 operation from home in Malaysia. You will handle customer calls, inquiries, follow-ups, and basic support matters in a professional and timely manner.

The role requires fluent Mandarin and good English communication, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and to follow escalation and reporting procedures.

Qualifications

• Fluent reading/writing/speaking Mandarin required to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Strong English communication skills for interactions with customers and internal teams.
• Experience in customer service, call centre, helpdesk, or client support preferred.
• Ability to read SOPs and follow escalation procedures accurately.
• Stable home setup with internet access for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and account-related questions.
• Escalate complex or urgent cases to Supervisors when required.
• Maintain call quality, response times, and adherence to procedures.
• Provide timely updates on unresolved cases and handovers between shifts.
• Attend briefings, training, and performance reviews as required.
