Job summary

VA Evolve Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Business Development specialist to identify and develop new opportunities through emails and WhatsApp. You will contact prospective clients to introduce our services and understand their business needs, arranging meetings, presentations, or calls with interested prospects.

You will prepare quotations and proposals, follow up with potential clients, and maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.

Qualifications

Mandarin fluency required to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
Strong English communication skills are essential.
Customer-oriented mindset with professional conduct.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through emails & WhatsApp.
Contact prospective clients to introduce our services and understand their business needs; arrange meetings, presentations, or calls with interested prospects.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with potential clients.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads and prospects until closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, and sales activities.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and handover.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and pipeline progress.
