Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Human Resources Executive (Payroll & Employee Relations) to deliver end-to-end payroll operations across multiple markets, manage employee relations, and handle core HR administration. You will collaborate with the HR Manager and global Payroll team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clear employee communication.

The role is fully remote, requires HR operations experience, and offers biannual performance and salary reviews, plus development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll validation, or HRMS administration.
• Strong understanding of employee relations processes and labor law documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse cultural contexts.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle confidential information in a remote environment.
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage domestic or international payroll processes on a monthly cycle.
• Audit payroll data and assist with internal and external payroll audits.
• Serve as main contact for payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Draft employee relations documentation and manage disciplinary cases.
• Maintain confidential records and coordinate asset issuance and offboarding.
• Prepare HR reports and support cross-functional remote teams.
