Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR Operations Executive/Senior Executive to act as the backbone of our HR department, managing onboarding, offboarding, HRIS data, payroll support, and policy compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires good knowledge of local labor laws, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication, with opportunities to optimize processes and drive employee experience from hire to exit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business, or Psychology.
• 2–3 years HR ops or generalist experience for Executive level; 4–6 years for Senior Executive.
• Knowledge of local labor acts and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; advanced Excel is a plus.
• Strong communication and data privacy awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain HRIS records and personnel files.
• Support payroll processing and statutory contributions.
• Ensure HR policies comply with local labor laws.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries.
