Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Senior Executive, HR Operations to drive operational excellence across daily HR functions and employee lifecycle processes. You will manage attendance reporting for payroll, maintain records, and coordinate HR systems and benefits administration.

The role covers onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR program support in a fast-paced environment. Malaysian labour law knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws.
• Hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll support, and employee lifecycle management.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor attendance and prepare reports for payroll processing.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR data.
• Administer HR systems (Inet, TAMS Module, Medical Module) including duty roster and clocking appeals.
• Coordinate with medical/insurance providers on employee movement and coverage.
• Support HRDF-related activities including grant applications and claims submission.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and reports.
• Manage administration of uniforms and stationery.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams for onboarding and movements.
• Assist in exit interviews and offboarding processes.
• Support performance management cycle and appraisals.
• Communicate HR initiatives via memo/email and support HR programs.
