Join our team as an HR Specialist (Payroll), providing key operational and administrative support for HR Services across multiple APAC entities. This hybrid-based role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with exposure to international payroll processing and compliance.
Manage centralized payroll processing for multiple entities in the APAC region
Ensure accurate and compliant document management for employee personnel files
Support HR activities including onboarding, offboarding, trainings, and engagement events
Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring statutory compliance
Liaise with regional HR services, business partners, payroll vendors, and statutory agencies
Contribute to process improvements and uphold best practices in HR operations
3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role (HR Shared Services background is a bonus)
Strong experience handling payroll/HR operations for multiple countries or regions
Knowledge of local labor regulations and statutory requirements
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Customer-focused, result-driven, and skilled in effective communication
Motivated by engagement, collaboration, and process optimization
