Job summary

LARUS Limited is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented HR Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) to provide end-to-end recruitment support in a fully remote working environment. This role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management, collaborating with Mandarin-speaking clients.

You will coordinate job postings, interview scheduling, onboarding documentation, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of HR and recruitment experience.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility for ad-hoc meetings and after-hours work.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end recruitment support including posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and candidate communications.
• Handle onboarding processes including documentation and orientation arrangements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and leave records.
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and other duties as assigned by management.
