Job summary

Focal Consulting is seeking a Mandarin-speaking recruitment professional to drive end-to-end hiring and build high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage the full hiring cycle, partner with Mandarin-speaking clients and hiring managers, and build a strong candidate pipeline using diverse sourcing channels.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment; agency/BPO experience preferred.
• Language: Mandarin proficiency (speaking, reading, writing).
• Technical: Hands-on experience with ATS, high-volume resume screening, and modern sourcing techniques.

Role Summary

Drive end-to-end recruitment for Mandarin-speaking roles and build high-performing teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment:Manage the full hiring cycle, from proactive candidate sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Client & Stakeholder Management:Partner closely with Mandarin-speaking clients and hiring managers to deeply understand their specific workforce requirements and team culture.
• Talent Sourcing:Utilize diverse channels (e.g., job boards, social media, network databases) to build a robust and continuous candidate pipeline.
• High-Volume Hiring:Execute efficient recruitment strategies to fill multiple roles and meet urgent business demands within tight deadlines.
• Candidate Experience:Ensure a smooth, highly professional, and engaging experience for all applicants throughout the entire recruitment process.

Requirements

• Education:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience:Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.Prior experience working in a recruitment agency or BPO environment is highly preferred.
• Language Proficiency:Must be highly proficient inMandarin(speak, read, and write) to effectively deal with Mandarin-speaking clients and candidates.
• Technical Skills:Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), high-volume resume screening, and modern sourcing techniques.
• Candidate Profile:Highly resilient, self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
