Job summary

Tomo Digital, a Singapore-based digital marketing agency, is seeking a Google Ads Specialist for a full-time, fully remote role. The position welcomes candidates based in Malaysia and involves planning, executing and optimising Google Ads campaigns for clients to drive leads and ROI.

You'll develop skills in campaign management, performance analysis and landing page optimisation, with progression toward owning campaign strategy and performance recommendations.

Qualifications

• Prior digital marketing experience is not required.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Open to fresh graduates but data-driven mindset is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients.
• Conduct keyword research, manage search terms, refine ad copy and extensions, and improve Quality Scores.
• Write and refine ad copy, headlines, extensions and other campaign assets.
• Optimise bids, budgets, and bidding strategies to maximise performance and ROI.
• Set up and review conversion tracking to measure leads and campaign outcomes accurately.
• Monitor campaign data and proactively identify opportunities to improve CTR, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.
• Analyse landing pages and user behaviour to identify conversion barriers.
• Plan and support A/B tests on headlines, messaging, CTAs, forms, and page structure.
• Review landing pages used for paid traffic and recommend data-backed improvements.
• Coordinate with designers and developers to implement changes (content, UX, technical elements).
• Monitor Google Ads, Analytics, and conversion data to spot trends and issues.
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations to the project team.
