Job summary

Qnity in Malaysia is seeking a Supply Chain - Coordinator to join our Global Freight Escalation Team. The role supports continuous transportation visibility, escalation management, and coverage for regional holidays, with a 40-hour work week in a hybrid/remote setting.

You will monitor shipments, coordinate with carriers and internal teams, develop recovery plans, and maintain escalation records and KPIs while communicating in English with global stakeholders.

• Experience coordinating shipments and escalations with carriers
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Monitor urgent and high-priority shipments and identify delays
• Lead escalations with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses and internal teams
• Develop and execute recovery plans to reduce shortages and disruption
• Maintain escalation records, event timelines, dashboards and KPIs
• Communicate status updates and next steps to global stakeholders
