Job summary

Hai Robotics Co. Ltd is looking for a Field Application Engineer to support the implementation of advanced warehouse automation solutions. You will be responsible for configuring hardware, providing test implementations, and supporting clients to ensure system smoothness. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 1–2+ years experience with AGV, ACR, or AMR systems, and excellent troubleshooting skills. Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in AGV, ACR or AMR solution implementation.
• Familiarity with Linux/UNIX and SQL.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to speak Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Work independently or act as a mentor to other engineers.
• Configure firmware for hardware equipment such as robots and conveyors.
• Provide implementation support for testing procedures.
