Qualifications

• Relevant experience in project coordination, client servicing, or digital production.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable coordinating with clients and internal creative or technical teams.
• Proactive follow-up and professional client expectation management.
• Familiarity with Trello or similar project tools.
• Must have a suitable personal computer; bring-your-own-device role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout each project.
• Coordinate project requirements, timelines and deliverables using Trello.
• Follow up with clients to collect branding materials and other assets.
• Gather and consolidate client feedback while managing revision rounds.
• Coordinate with designers and developers to meet deadlines.
• Perform basic post-production work on smaller projects; training provided.
• Work with partners and source simple icons when required.
• Confirm photoshoot schedules and hosting-renewal reminders.
• Provide general administrative and project support.
