Job summary

Rotork is seeking a D365 Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in our Malaysia offices. The role oversees the FinOps & CE deployment across APAC regions, ensuring benefits are realised and changes are successfully implemented.

You will lead cross-location teams, coordinate APAC Wave 3 deployment, manage superusers and SMEs, drive change, and report progress to the Rotork Management Board.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering multi-location D365 FinOps/CE deployments in manufacturing.
• Willing to travel regularly and provide on-the-ground leadership.
• Experience in global matrix organisations and influencing others.
• Ability to deliver outcomes on time and within budget.
• Strong communication and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the APAC Wave 3 deployment plan across multiple locations.
• Provide leadership to local and global team members to meet deployment goals.
• Manage APAC Wave 3 superusers and SMEs; ensure APAC Wave 2 readiness.
• Guide the Rotork D365 solution to unblock critical tasks.
• Monitor delivery, resolve issues, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
• Establish performance metrics and report monthly to Rotork Management Board.
• Lead steering committees and gate reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
