Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries across messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS).
• Handle inquiries related to repairs, purchases, buybacks, rentals, and data migration.
• Address basic customer complaints and manage expectations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
