Qualifications

• Mandarin level: C1.
• English proficiency: B2 (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 months of customer support experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant degree or diploma encouraged to apply.
• Technical troubleshooting experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with mobile OS, smartphones, tablets, PCs or laptops.

Responsibilities

• Handle post-order inquiries, delivery updates, payments, and product pre-orders.
• Answer questions on order status, changes, and delivery timing.
• Deliver professional, high-quality interactions per client standards.
• Meet call quality reports, call audits, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
• Maintain knowledge of client products.
• Accurately record customer data in internal systems.
• Follow training, procedures, and quality guidelines in every interaction.
• Maintain awareness of client's products and strengths in the industry.
• Contribute to service quality and continuous improvement.
