Assetara Limited is seeking a proactive outbound sales specialist to join our global outreach team. You will source fresh leads, conduct high-volume cold calls, qualify prospects, and secure meetings to advance crypto-fintech growth.

You'll log all interactions in Zoho CRM, coordinate multi-channel follow-ups, and share personalized registration links via WhatsApp. This remote, international role offers a transparent performance-based compensation model with ongoing incentives.

Qualifications

• Crypto client base is a priority for the role.
• 3+ months outbound call experience in crypto/finance is preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to source leads from social media and online networks.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM and reliable remote work setup.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and focused on building a long-term network.

Responsibilities

• Outbound sourcing from open sources and databases.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calling campaigns (~50–120 dials daily).
• Qualify leads and book meetings/registrations.
• Log interactions in Zoho CRM and manage multi-channel follow-ups.
• Send personalized registration links via WhatsApp for attribution.
