Job summary

RemotePeople is seeking an ambitious outbound sales representative to join a 100% remote team serving major U.S. markets. You will lead outreach to small and mid-sized businesses, build a robust sales pipeline, and drive client acquisition.

You will work the overnight shift Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM MYT). The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, with a 4-week paid training period.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outbound sales.
• Native-level English with strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a full sales pipeline from prospect to close.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and targeted emails to qualify and advance leads.
• Acquire new business to meet monthly revenue targets.
