Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a proactive Point of Contact Coordinator in Malaysia to support a Robotics AI data collection project. You will build relationships with local communities and businesses, recruit participant groups, and coordinate project activities to ensure smooth operations.

You will identify potential sources, explain participation details, manage schedules, and act as the liaison between participants and the operations team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable reaching out to businesses, organizations and community groups.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple participants and schedules.
• Proficient with email, spreadsheets, messaging apps, and online meetings.
• Basic English communication skills; local language proficiency advantageous.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and device access.
• Experience in recruitment or community management preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact local businesses, organizations, educational institutions and community groups.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and business representatives.
• Recruit participant groups meeting project requirements.
• Explain project scope, participation process, compensation, and expectations.
• Coordinate participant schedules and ensure recording sessions are organized.
• Serve as main point of contact between participants and the operations team.
• Track participant progress and maintain recruitment records.
• Support participant onboarding documentation and retention.
• Report recruitment progress and project updates to the team.
