Job summary

Binance is seeking a seasoned Card Program Lead to define and execute strategy for virtual and physical cards and wallet products. You will drive end-to-end launches, collaborate with Product, Compliance, Risk, Engineering, and external partners to ensure successful delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in cards/payments or fintech, with experience in cross-functional launches, and familiarity with the card ecosystem. Remote-first role with global scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cards, payments or fintech industries.
• Proven experience launching or operating card programs, including virtual and/or physical cards.
• Experience leading 0-to-1 card program launches with cross-functional coordination.
• Familiarity with card ecosystem and industry standards.
• Experience with digital wallet, card issuers, BIN sponsors, processors or fintech partners.
• Prior experience with Visa, Mastercard, fintech issuers or crypto payment players is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute card business strategy for virtual/physical cards and wallet products.
• Lead end-to-end card program launches with Product, Compliance, Risk and Engineering.
• Manage issuer, processor, BIN sponsor, card manufacturer and wallet partner relationships.
• Coordinate digital wallet integrations (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
• Oversee physical card operations: vendor onboarding, production, fulfillment, logistics.
• Negotiate commercial terms with partners and vendors.
• Develop scalable SOPs and improve launch efficiency and user experience.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, drive improvements via data analysis.
