Job summary

TP is hiring for a remote Customer Support role covering the Ipoh area. Work from home with possibility of relocation support after the initial remote period. Salary package up to MYR 4,500 with language allowances and health benefits; US- shift timing may apply.

The role requires fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin, plus good English for internal communication and training. Prior call center or customer service experience is a plus, and night shifts including weekends/public holidays are required.

• Willing to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via voice, email, and chat in Chinese
• Provide accurate information, guidance, and follow-up on patient cases and service requests
• Ensure timely resolution of queries while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Document interactions in CRM systems accurately and thoroughly
• Coordinate with internal teams and elevate cases when necessary
