Job summary

TP Malaysia Teleperformance is hiring a full-time Chinese-speaking interpreter to work from home in Malaysia. You will provide Mandarin-Chinese-English-Chinese interpretation and customer support, handling emails and calls while meeting SLAs.

The role requires strong communication, adaptability to a fast-paced BPO environment, and English proficiency at CEFR C1/C2 with Mandarin skills; training is provided for those without experience.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service or call center experience preferred; training provided.
• English proficiency at CEFR level C1/C2; Mandarin Chinese proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support via email and verbal interpretation (Chinese-English-Chinese).
• Handle inquiries, issues, and complaints ensuring SLAs and quality standards.
• Accurately document interactions and update system data.
• Provide product or service-related assistance per SOPs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technical, Quality, and other teams to resolve issues.
• Meet individual and team KPIs including response time and customer satisfaction.
