You will work five days a week with defined shifts, starting with remote work from home for the first month while visa processing is completed, then relocating to Kuala Lumpur as needed.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Mandarin (Taiwan variant) and strong English fluency.
• Bachelor's degree mandatory for Employment Pass visa processing.
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles.
