Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners is seeking a proactive Business Development & Lead Generation Executive to support Malaysia and Singapore markets, identifying potential clients, qualifying opportunities, and building a robust sales pipeline for recruitment and workforce solutions. This role suits research-driven professionals who enjoy prospecting, client engagement, and regional exposure.

Fresh graduates are welcome; prior BD/lead gen experience is a plus, and familiarity with CRM systems will help

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Interest in BD, lead generation, sales prospecting, or B2B client engagement.
Ability to research target companies, identify opportunities, and build professional relationships.
Willingness to conduct prospecting via cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach.

Responsibilities

Research and identify companies in Malaysia and Singapore with hiring/workforce needs.
Identify and engage decision-makers (HR, TA, business leaders).
Monitor recruitment and tender opportunities relevant to CGP.
Prepare and submit tender proposals in collaboration with the BD team.
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
Qualify leads based on business needs and decision-making structure.
Arrange introductory calls/meetings between prospects and BD team.
Build a healthy pipeline of Malaysia and Singapore prospects.
Maintain CRM with lead, prospect, and tender data.
