Intelgrity Consulting seeks a Sales & Marketing / Business Development Manager to lead sales, marketing and partnerships for the Malaysian market. This remote role collaborates directly with the Founder and an AI team to drive client acquisition and brand growth across Southeast Asia.

You will build relationships with prospects and clients, plan local marketing efforts, and manage the CRM while reporting weekly results. Strong English and Bahasa Melayu are essential, with a proven B2B background.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales or marketing.
• Based in Malaysia with strong local market knowledge.
• Strong English; Bahasa Melayu proficiency.
• Self-managed and reliable in a remote setup.

Responsabilités

• Lead sales and business development with SMEs in Malaysia
• Build relationships with prospects, clients and partners
• Plan and run local marketing that generates leads and builds our brand in Malaysia
• Use AI workflows and AI teammates for research, outreach and follow-up
• Keep the CRM up to date and report pipeline and results weekly
