Job summary

Nordicrecruiters is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager for the Asia Market. This remote role focuses on expanding the company’s footprint across key Asian countries, identifying opportunities, forming partnerships, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will lead cross-border strategic initiatives, collaborate with global teams, and own regional growth. Fluency in English is required, and additional regional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development or sales across Asia.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Asia (Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, Indonesia, Philippines).
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competition.
• Lead commercial negotiations and secure revenue-driving agreements.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to onboard and retain clients.
• Track results and report performance to senior management.
• Represent the company at conferences and meetings across the region.
